FEES:
 
$10 awards fee per horse/rider combination,
$5 paramedic fee per show day
$15 entry fee per class - $25 AHJF

STALLS:
 
A very limited number of covered permanent stalls will be available for $50 per stall (includes shavings). Please reserve your stalls as soon as possible, as they usually go quickly. We must have a check to hold your stall, and stall fees are non-refundable.
 

$50 includes shavings
 

 
Warm casual clothes are encouraged.

Half chaps and paddock boots are acceptable.


Riders must wear protective hard hats at all times while mounted.

Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
Children must be supervised by an adult.


Refreshments will be available on the show grounds.

END-OF-SERIES PRIZES
 
 
END-OF-SERIES PRIZES will be awarded in each division. No end-of-series points will be awarded for warm-up classes.

NOTE: A division must be held in at least 3 of the 6 shows in order to have end-of-series champion prizes.

No horse/rider combinations are required, and points go to the horse in all hunter and jumper divisions, and to the rider in poles and crossrails divisions. Each horse (or rider in Div I-III) must participate in at least 3 shows to be eligible for end-of-series.

Each division must have at least 2 riders in each class for the points to count toward end-of-series champion prizes.

End-of Series-Champions will have their choice of:

Please list horse's name, rider's name, class numbers, barn name, a phone number, rider's e-mail (for future flyers), and stalls if you need them.

Enter by Wednesday at 10:00 pm
to receive a $15 registration fee,
$20 after that.


 
We offer an early entry fee-$15 per class/$25 AHJF Jr. Hunter Challenge if we receive your entries by 10:00 pm Wenesday prior to each show, so that we can plan the show around you with the appropriate combination of rings, jumps, judges, equipment, and personnel.

After 10:00 pm every Wednesday prior to the show the regular entry fee of $20 per class/$30 AHJF will apply to all e-mail entries and at the desk on show days.

For the reduced fee, REGISTER EARLY! You will save money as well as help us create a better show for you.

A $10 awards fee per show and $5 paramedic fee per show will be required for each horse/rider combination participating at each of the shows.

A $15 charge will be added to all checks not closed out by the end of the show.

In case a show is canceled for any reason we will put a message on our answering machine at the office (817) 430-0483 as soon as a decision is made.
 

 
Management reserves the right to change, cancel, or combine classes, alter courses and do all things necessary to compensate for excessive or inadequate entries.

HIDDEN LAKE FARM will be open to horse show participants for schooling the Saturday before each show from 4:00-5:00 pm in both arenas. There will be a schooling fee of $35 for those not participating in the show.

as we may adjust the schedule and run 1, 2, or even 3 rings
depending on the number of entries.

31.  AHJF Jr. Hunter Challenge - 2'6"
 
This is a nation-wide competition. Riders under 18 yrs who have never competed over fences exceeding 2'9", or in any USEF recognized divisions at rated shows. We are in the Western Division for this National Competition, and high point winner for the year gets an all-expense paid trip for the rider and an adult to the Capitol Challenge.
